Mango Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
8 Alphonso Mango
1 Cup Sugar
300 Grams Khova
1 Cup Powder Sugar
2 Tb.Sp.Ghee
1 Tb.Sp Vanilla Essence
Some Dry Fruits Chopped
METHOD:
- Cut mangoes into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add ghee into it.
Add mango pieces and saute it till it gets a pulp-like texture.
Add 1 cup of sugar, stir it well until the water evaporates.
Add 50 grams. khova, stir it well until the mixture thickens.
Add half dry fruits. keep it aside. - Take 250 grams of khova and roast it for 5 to 7 min on a slow flame.
let it cool down.
Add vanilla essence, powder sugar and mix it well - Separate mango mixture into two parts.
- Take a plate and grease it with ghee.
- Apply one layer of mango mixture properly.
add plain khova mixture on top of it.
Apply the remaining mango mixture.
Keep it in the fridge.
Do equal parts.
Serve it Cool.
